Now days, there are a lot of people that are looking to make legal marriage between people the same sex (homosexuals). There are countries as Spain, Holland, Argentina that accept this marriage but Costa Rica doesn’t approve it yet. These groups of people defect some arguments that shows that homosexual marriage cannot be illegal because homosexual people have the same right than any other. Some of their arguments are: denying the right to marry is a violation of their human rights, homosexual people have the right to get marriage as any other person and can have the rights on the goods of the other couple in the case of death or separation and they have right to get a family (to adopt a child) in a marriage.


Around the world, the rights of lesbian, gay, homosexual are violated daily. Many of those who dare to defend their rights are criticized. Everyone has a sexual orientation and gender identity. When they do not match those of the majority, is often considered a sure candidate for discrimination or abuse, these people are having trouble performing daily activities such as finding a job, to join social groups also face discrimination in hospitals. This is not fair, Everyone should enjoy all human rights enshrined in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. Homosexual persons are the same as any other person and just to have another sexual preference which normally is used in on life style, there is no reason to be a victim of this discrimination.


Homosexual people have the right to get marriage as any other person and legally can share their goods, such as apartments, car and staff the like, if ones dies, the other can have right to the commons. Also if they have a legal separation between them they most have the correctly sharing of assets as work with any other divorce of heterosexual couples. The goods they get when there were together were a investment between the two so they need a legal support to defend their self and this goods in the case if the partner or the family of the partner (in the case if a death) want to take all they get together.


A homosexual couples are persons as any other that have the right to get a family and can adopt a child. Having a different sexual preference does not make them bad people. Intuition to give the child up for adoption have to review and evaluate other things more important that the sexual preference as their ideas, values, principles, prejudices and if you have the economic capacity to raise a child. They should see that it is better that a child has a good nucleus family, no matter if is homosexual or not, that the child is living in the streets or with a heterosexual couple who do not give the attention, respect and love they deserve.


The homosexuality has existed always, the different its that now people say it and fight for get their rights as now. We must know and never forget that we live in society, therefore, we are constituted on the basis of social, love creates social life, and without the acceptance of our fellows there is no social phenomenon, to get a good living we must learn to accept and respect others as they are. The homosexual rights seem not to be treated as a patient and social discrimination daily lives, it affects our lives together.
